Customer Success Manager
This isn't your typical support role. As our first Customer Success hire you'll be the bridge between our customers and our product — helping takeaway owners get the most out of ServeMate, solving problems fast, and feeding real-world insight back into the team. We want someone who's worked in a takeaway, restaurant or food business at any level. You don't need to be technical — we'll train you on the platform. What you do need is to genuinely understand what a busy Friday night feels like from behind the counter.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has worked in a takeaway, restaurant, café or any food business — at any level
- Is comfortable using a computer and learning new software
- Communicates clearly and warmly — by message, phone or video
- Is genuinely passionate about helping people, not just closing tickets
- Is based in the UK
Marketing Manager
We need someone to own ServeMate's voice — across social, content, ads, email and beyond. This is a one-person marketing team role, which means you'll have full creative freedom and full responsibility. We're open to hiring someone with less experience if you have exceptional ideas, a genuine passion for content, and the hunger to grow fast. You'll be working directly with the founder and have real input into how ServeMate is positioned and perceived. If you've ever watched a brand go from nothing to everywhere and thought 'I could do that' — this is your shot.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong marketing instincts — whether from experience or raw talent
- Can create content independently — video, copy, graphics, social
- Thinks outside the box and isn't afraid to try things that haven't been done before
- Is self-motivated and comfortable being their own team
- Understands or is willing to deeply learn the UK takeaway industry
- Is based in the UK
Field Sales Representative
This role is for someone who loves getting out there, talking to people and closing deals. You'll be on the ground visiting independent takeaways across the UK — introducing them to ServeMate, doing live demos, and bringing new customers on board. We're starting this role on a commission and revenue share basis, with a clear path to a full-time salaried position as the business grows. If you're a natural people person who can walk into a chip shop and walk out with a signed-up customer, we want to hear from you. Industry knowledge is a big plus but not essential — the product sells itself, we just need the right person to show it.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is confident, personable and great at building rapport quickly
- Is comfortable travelling across the UK regularly
- Is self-motivated and thrives working independently
- Has some sales experience — but hunger and personality matter more than CV
- Has a full UK driving licence
