BUILT BEHIND THE COUNTER
ServeMate is the complete EPOS and operating system for UK takeaways — tills, online ordering, self-service kiosks, kitchen screens, driver tracking, stock and margins, staff rotas, and an AI phone line that answers every call. We install it, set your operation up properly and train your team.

Tills, online ordering, kiosk, kitchen screens, drivers, stock, rotas and the phones. One login, one price, everything talking to everything else. No tablet farm, no re-keying at half seven on a Friday.
The same menu, prices, checks and workflow across every site. Add a second or a fifth and it's a copy of the one that already works — not a fresh start.
Nobody else in this market turns up. We build your menu, install the hardware, design your stations, load your costings and train your staff — then hand it over working.
Half seven on a Friday. Fryers full, queue out the door, and the phone's been going since five. You can answer it or you can serve the people in front of you. Not both. Every unanswered ring is an order that went somewhere else.
Sophie answers every call, takes the order, reads it back, sends it to the kitchen. 24/7, never off sick.
REAL CALL — SOPHIE TAKING AN ORDER
0:00 / 0:00
Half seven on a Friday, no member of staff involved. Order taken, read back, sent to the kitchen.

A shop doing £20k a month through the aggregators hands over about £3,000 of it at the usual 15% — double that on the orders their own drivers deliver. That's not marketing spend, it's your margin walking out of the door, and they own the customer, not you.
Your own ordering site and app, loyalty that brings them back direct, and win-back notes that move aggregator customers onto your channel.
Fish went from £300 a case to £320. What's that done to your margin? What do you need to charge to stay where you were?
Your accountant will tell you in March. That's ten months of guessing.
Costings and stock live in the platform, so margins update the moment a price does.

Every dish costed to the gram, so a supplier increase shows up as a number, not a feeling.
The price you'd need to charge to hold your margin, worked out for you.
Stock counts that tie back to what you actually sold that week.
A till from one company, online ordering from another, a rota in a WhatsApp group, a tablet farm on the counter and someone re-keying orders by hand at the busiest moment of the week.
One platform. Every channel lands in the same place, in the same format.

The checks get done when you're there. The rota gets sorted because you sort it. Standards slip on the shifts you're not on. That's not a staff problem — there's no system, only you.
AI Manager tells staff what to do each day, checks it got done, and logs it. Rotas, clock-in and compliance all handled in the platform.
£3,000
a month in commission on £20k of aggregator sales at 15% — twice that when they deliver it.
24/7
phone cover from Sophie, so the ring at half seven is an order, not a loss.
53%
less than the £420 a month the old way costs across five separate suppliers.
Nobody else in this market turns up. We do — and until it's running properly, we're not finished.
ONE SHOP, ONE NUMBER
Arjeev Singh · Indian Takeaway, Gloucester
“We were missing calls every Friday and Saturday without even knowing how many. Sophie answers every one of them now. 50+ a day — and I'm not stood by the phone instead of running the shop.”

Domino's franchisees trusted us with the one thing they can't afford to get wrong — their phone lines. We built the rest of the platform to that same standard.
One price per store per month, plus VAT. No tiers, no feature gates. £149 a store from your third site. Sophie and setup are quoted separately.
How long does the install take?
We build your menu, load costings, specify and install hardware, then train your team on site. Two weeks of hand-holding follows, then a defined handover. It's a programme, not a signup.
Do I have to drop Just Eat and Deliveroo?
No. They plug into the same order queue on day one. Loyalty and win-back then move those customers onto your own channel over time, at whatever pace you want.
Can I keep my existing hardware?
If it meets our spec, yes — use what you already have in store. If it doesn't, we'll tell you before you buy anything, and supply what's needed at cost.
What does Sophie cost to run?
It's a usage-based add-on from £49 a month, so a shop taking forty calls a night pays differently to one taking four hundred.
What happens when I open store two?
Your menu, costings, workflows and daily checks copy across. That's the whole point — the second site starts from your system, not from your memory.
We make store one run without you, so store two is a copy-paste.
