£49 a month per shop, with no VAT to add. Kiosks are £19 a month each, and Sophie is 25p per minute only when she's on a call.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly and cancel any time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days.
Will I be charged straight away?
No. You add a card to start your 30-day free trial, and you're not charged until day 30. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
How long does setup take?
Most shops can be ready in an afternoon. The menu is the longest part, and you can save and come back any time.
Do I need to be good with tech?
No. It's one simple question at a time, and we're on WhatsApp if you get stuck.
Can I set it up on my phone?
Yes. Sign-up and setup are built for your phone. Your till then runs on an Android tablet or Windows device.
What if I need help?

Do you set it up for me?
No, ServeMate is built so you can set it up yourself in an afternoon. Add your menu, plug in a tablet and printer, and you're live. Help guides walk you through every step, and we're on WhatsApp if you get stuck.
What hardware do I need?
An Android tablet or a Windows device, plus a thermal receipt printer. Any Bluetooth thermal printer works, or a wired one on Windows.
Do you take commission on online orders?
No. 0% commission on orders through your own ServeMate ordering site.
Can I get Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats orders into ServeMate?
Yes, through HubRise for €35 a month with unlimited orders.
How does Sophie's pricing work?
25p per minute while she's on a call. No monthly fee. Most order calls take about 2 minutes.
